AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Manjithaaza Company’. ‘we’. ‘us’, or ‘our), a company registered in Sri Lanka at 137/3/1 Koratuwa Road Kotikawatta, Colombo, Western 10600.
We operate the website https://manjithaaza.com (the ‘Site’), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the ‘Legal Terms’) (collectively, the ‘Services’).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (‘you’), and Manjithaaza, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by mail@manjithaaza.com / manjithaaza@gmail.com, as stated in the email message. We may remove or edit your Content: Although we have no obligation to monitor any Continuations, we shall have the right to remove or edit any Contributions at any time without notice if in our reasonable opinion we consider such Contributions harmful or in breach of these Legal Terms. If we remove or edit any such Contributions. we may also suspend or disable your account and report you to the authorities.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees. and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing. even if we have already requested or received payment.

RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY
Please review our Return Policy posted on the Services prior to making any purchases. Upon receipt of the card, should you encounter any damage or printing issues, rest assured that we will offer a 50% refund. Similarly, if the card fails to function properly post-delivery, we will gladly provide either a complete refund or a replacement card. It is important to note that delivery charges are non-refundable. We kindly request that you promptly contact us within 24 hours of receiving the card to report any defects. - Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage. use. launch. develop. or distribute any automated system. including without limitation, any spider, robot. cheat utility. scraper. or offline reader that accesses the Services. or use or launch any unauthorized script or other software.
- Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
- Make any unauthorized use of the Services. including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email. or creating user accounts by automated means or under false presences.
- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and: or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.

GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Sri Lanka. Manjithaaza and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms. including any question regarding its existence, validity. or termination. shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium. Brussels. Avenue Louise. 148) according to the Rules of this ICAC. which. as a result of referring to it. is considered as the pan of this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be three (3). The seat or legal place. or arbitration shall be Colombo. Sri Lanka. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law of these Legal Terms shall be substantive law of Sri Lanka.
Restrictions
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be linked to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law. (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding: (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures: and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
Exceptions to Arbitration
The Parties agree that the foflovs.ng Disputes are no: subject to the above provisions concerning binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect or concerning the validity of. any of the intellectual property rights of a Party: (b) any Dispute related to. or arising from. allegations of theft. piracy. invasion of privacy. or unauthorized use: and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be Segal or unenforceable. then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above. and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors. inaccuracies. or omissions. including descriptions. pricing. availability. and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors. inaccuracies. or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time. without prior notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN PS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES’ CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS LINKED TO THE SERVICES AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS.
